1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if your item:

✔️ Is returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
✔️ Is returned within 14 days of receipt.


2. How to Request a Refund

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the product (if damaged or defective)

  • The reason for the return

Once validated, we will send you return instructions.


3. Refund Timeframe

Once your item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
The amount will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.


4. Non-Refundable Items

🚫 The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items damaged by the customer

  • Returns submitted after the allowed timeframe


5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
